Repairs Supervisor

Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor. You will lead a team of Sub-Contractors and Trades in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard.

Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Working on various social housing Repairs projects, you will motivate, coach and retain Sub-Contractors and Trades people ensuring commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.

Essential:

Solid experience of managing Sub-Contractors & Building Maintenance trades,

Professional approach with high standards

GCSE English & Maths or equivalent

Desirable:

Good understanding of building maintenance

Social Housing experience

City and Guilds to appropriate level

SSSTS / SMSTS

Experience of supervising teams

Building Maintenance qualifications, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid,

Experience of PDA's use
