An Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist provision in Harmondsworth is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team this September 2025 .

The school supports children and young people with Autism (ASD) , speech and language needs , and complex learning difficulties , providing a highly structured, nurturing environment where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have proven experience supporting students with ASD , speech and language difficulties , or complex SEN
• Are patient, resilient, and passionate about working with young people with additional needs
• Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Have experience within SEN settings or mainstream schools with significant SEN exposure
