The Role 1:1 Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support a KS3 student at a specialist SEMH secondary school in Lewisham. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with one student, providing consistent behaviour support, promoting emotional regulation, and helping them stay engaged in their learning.

You ll play a key role in building a positive, trusting relationship with the student, using de-escalation techniques and personalised strategies to manage behaviour and promote progress. This position is perfect for someone who is calm, patient, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH.
