Fully funded Early Years Teaching degree available with support and time off to train.

An amazing and unique opportunity has come up at a stunning, outstanding rated nursery / preschool in Brighton/Hove, who are looking to recruit new talent having recently promoted several people within the setting.

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people who have a real passion for working with and developing young minds. The managers value their exceptionally hard-working staff and they invest extensively in high-quality continued professional development and supervision.

The ideal candidate will either be Level 3 qualified, or a graduate, who is looking to further their training, with a fully funded EYTS degree available as well as time off to attend courses and full support with training.

The Nursery Practitioners duties involve;

• Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare.
• Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
• Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
• Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
• Assisting with the daily planning and leadership within the room.
• Attendance and completion of Early Years Teaching degree.

The ideal candidate will;

• Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
• Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
• Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 (or above) or equivalent in childcare (desirable).
• Be able to work well in a team
